The At-Will Employment policy means that either Zocket or an employee can terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. It provides flexibility while ensuring fairness and transparency.

No one in the company other than the Co-founders has the authority to alter your at-will status or to enter into any agreement for employment for a specified period of time or to make any agreement contrary to this policy.

Only the Co-founders may do so, and only in a formal written agreement.
