We strongly encourage you to prioritize taking time off from work. We understand that meeting deadlines is important, and there might be occasions when you'll need to put in extra hours.
However, we urge you to engage in an open conversation with your manager and proactively plan and schedule time off to recharge and rejuvenate.
We highly promote a healthy work-life balance
The calendar year i.e. starting 1st January 2024 to 31st December 2024 is the period we use to track a leave cycle.
Sick Leaves - 10
Paid Leaves - 12
Causal Leaves - 10
Floater Leaves - 1
Menstrual Leaves (i.e for Female Employees) - 12
Govt Holiday - 13
We have diverse team across India and have three different holidays for different Region .

Full Day : In case you not available for Full Day
First-Half : In case you not available for First-Half of the Day
Second-Half : In case you not available for Second-Half of the Day
We use a tool called KekaHR to automate the leave management process. Please login to your Keka account and apply for a leave.
If it's a planned leave inform your team and manager in person or gChat or slack.
If you're applying for a sick leave drop a message on slack or WhatsApp and let your manager know.
If any employee is out of leaves it will be considered unpaid.
When working from home if deliverables are not met the manager can mark you for half the day. This will however be communicated with you.
Any planned leave will not be permitted during the notice period or during probation.
Unused Paid , Casual & Sick leaves will not be enchased or forwarded to the next cycle.
Note: The above policies are only applicable to full-time employees. Interns are allowed sick leaves only.
