🔹 Interviews 🗣️: We conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and potential for growth.

🔹 Assignments 📚: Depending on the role, we may include assignments to gauge candidates' capabilities.

🔹 Decision and Onboarding 🤝: Once we've found the right fit, we extend an offer and support new hires through a onboarding process.
